Beacon Rock Golf Course On-line Store Return Policy is as follows:

Punch Cards - Sales of Punch Cards may be cancelled within 24 hours on the transaction.  Punch cards are transferable, therefore, once the card is issued and mailed to the customer it may not be returned.  They may be converted to an Annual Pass/Membership with the prorated balance applied to the price of the membership.

Annual Pass/Membership - Annual Passes may be terminated within one month of purchase date.  Member will be refunded the cost of the pass less green fees for any rounds played in that month.  If a medical condition arises that prevents the Member from using the pass, a medical extension may be issued at the discretion of BRGC management.

Gift Cards - Gift Card sales may be cancelled if BRGC receives notice of cancellation before card is mailed.  Normally gift cards will be placed in the mail the same day as the order is received.

Golf Car Sheds - Annual Golf Car Shed rentals are fully refundable within a month of the transaction date as long as it has remained vacant and other sheds are available.  After one month a client may cancel their shed rental and recieve a pro-rated refund of any full months remaining.

Annual Trail Fee - Annual Trail Fees may be terminated within one month of purchase date. The price of the fee will be refunded less any applicable daily trail fees.  After one month, no refund is available.
